I work as contract employee at tata on lobo staffing pay roll I get opportunity to work for tata communications and got exposure to interprise network and customer service.

Dislikes

As I work contract employee there is no proper leaves are available. You have adjust with other coworkers to get leave and he will do you shift and later you have to pay it back.

... for an company where you can spend time with doing TP One can choose to join. you are going to get FUN experience along with Salary as there is no Management to overlook and monitor work.

Its more looks like small time placement agency where people does not even know the corporate culture and how to behave at work place. HR department is managed by a non experience girl and doesn't seems to be capable to manage the HR activities as most of the employees are at same age and whole culture here is a collage cafeteria. nobody will question you on your failure or any misconduct as everybody on the same page. dont join this company if you are serious about your future goals. after spending these many month i decided to quit because of the culture here LOBO

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is low no increment in 5 year's.

...or to the client, where the client isn't even aware of this company's existence. The second party vendor hires stating that Lobo staffing is their sister-concern company taking care of their salary part, but ultimately, you are given the appointment letter stating that you are working for Lobo Staffing sol. and you are deployed to the second-party company as their client, but you will be working on different project in a different company. Thus, Lobo staffing would be the third-party vendor to the client and they have no insight into what's happening at the client end (I think that is how IT companies work). If the project gets ended abruptly, they will not have a clue about it and will not place you in any other project as well. Thus there is no job security. Please consider the pros and cons before joining.

the company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that i am a part of a team I am worked in Herbalife under LOBO Staff, that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base. and we work happily in collaboration.

Dislikes

compensation is decent, but growth is slow. the work pressure ia very high. sometimes i have to work 14 -18 hours straight in a day as i have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. I do receive appreciation emails from my Manager. hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step.
