Yes there are some new joiners are complaining about the comfort which they already experience in terms of salary means if someone joined a company then he is sure, that at least he will get salary for next 2 months without any performance but here in Loan Wired a system is robust and one can not get escaped without performance. Same has been mentioned in details in the appointment letter which has been signed by all employees. These people are neither read these documents carefully nor they bothered to read now, and then feel injustice had happened. Government also changing education process by promoting Skill Based educational system. It means you have to learn several skills to get job fit. That is what I Like about this company.

A very friendly manager, he motivates the employees very well to a higher the target, don't showing any partiality, treating all are equally, good leading manager having lots of knowledge of and teaching those to employees also learning so many things from him very good wellwisher. This is the best platform to Grow.
