Nothing, Poor culture. Management is pathetic. Small shop is better than this. only 35-40 people company. even there is no water and washroom

...30-35 sales person works here. No policy, management always disregard employees. NO INCREMENT in salary. even no water to drink......for washroom you have to go outside.

There’s nothing to like about this company at all. No organisational structure. Only guy Ayush Jain is being promoted here for working in the same company for a long time.

Everything to be disliked. All positive reviews are also been taken forcefully by the new joiners. Else there’s no work life balance. Sales team is the worst. I’m just 2 month of joining Ayush will Provide PIP for underperforming.

Work culture is toxic, only founder can make the decisions even for the small things, they are very impatient, 1 day notice termination, hire n fire policy, company is still in the experiments mode not yet sure how exactly they want to run the business...

Clueless team leaders, small team with all managers, designations which are of no use, no respect for subordinate by team leaders, zero learning or skill development initiative, employees work as if government job (secured forever).
