Salary issues is the main thing. They can't provide salary regularly month wise. There's system is very poor. No satisfactory answer given by the senior authority..

Being a professor, you always aspire for standardized competence among students at an institute where the challenging work scenario transforms you overall as a result you learn more than you teach hence here at LNCT I delivered my lectures to thousands of students from different streams through which I gained a whole lot of skills and also made me an excellent trainer as well as a faculty member.

The financial growth of the employees always acts as the motivation hence a bit of attention is required in this domain.

LNCT group is one of the widen educational institution with good infrastructure.the institution will have expanded educational system so it will be good opportunity for the employees.....this is one of the best private university. Time punctuality is very important in this group management is very supportive.....

Less man power,and some facilities like smart classes, extra curricular activities will be less.

There is no point which i say thati like this in lnct group of College. Very bad management and bad culture. No one won't give respect. And the worst thing, there is not following compliance policy, no leave policy, pf, esic and others.
