I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.

Nothing to like in this company. They ask to sign bond for two year with stipend not salary. This is same criteria for resher as well as Experienced person in this company. Company without culture and Department.

Dislikes

On daily basis they implemented new rules,and note the time of field guys also. We are working field , we reached site's early and lived late but we not get any extra payment for this. I don't want to say anymore apart of this. Thanks.
