People, the team is great. All loving and caring, everyone shares food. Even if we fight, we make up quickly.

Dislikes

...you a favor instead of their actual job. More interested in unwanted activities. You can't discuss salary as they are paying more to people who agree with them. You can't take leave without begging. Team bonding is destroyed due to favouritism and partiality. Even if you complain in unprofessional behaviour of few people management won't take action as they need them. The team was amazing when i joined, everyone was friendly now it's a shit show. You have to be careful of what you say to anyone. You will not be noticed even if you work 10+ hours a day. Turnover rate is so high and no one seems to care. Company will fire you if you complain. Place change will be done randomly. Time change will be done randomly. Don't expect respect, you will be screamed infront of everyone on the floor. Wfh is not a option for employees but manager will take n number of wfh as if others don't have ailing family members or emergency.

Working at this company has been a great experience. The laid-back atmosphere, with no strict dress codes or policies, makes it a comfortable and relaxed environment. Work-life balance is excellent, and the support from the team is incredible, with managers and HR being very empathetic and even visiting you if you're in the hospital. There's a personal touch, like the maid offering extra milk or tea if you're feeling hungry. The best part is the accessibility to the founder and other management, whom you can interact with on a daily basis. Overall, the work pressure is very low compared to other jobs, making it an ideal place to thrive without the stress. Teammates are amazing, everyone is nice and friendly. Chances of making lifetime friendship is high.

Dislikes

... when you're getting married or planning for kids, which can feel uncomfortable. The salary is quite low compared to industry standards, which may be a concern for financial growth. There is no flexibility, even for a 5-10 minute early logout, which could be more accommodating.

the only thing I like is the members working with me. even in that the manager is spoiling the bonding like speaking behind everyone

...ur goals our future. im feeling bad for this. if you speak you will be cornered. so i am shutting my mouth and working for salary not only her the management itself doesnt consider us. they just need slaaves to work. no empathy and respect towards us. if you want to be a slave then join this company.

Everyone works and helps you in work without any ego. You can learn many things here from science to post production or any field of interest. Very nice colleagues

1)No proper salary hike 2)Work hr is more than 12hrs 3)They extract our time and complete efforts but not meeting the employee's needs in revert. 4)Gov holidays are also not given, either they ask the employee's to come to work or take leave and apply their paid leave on gov given holidays which is totally unfair. 5)Not all the branches of LMES is treated equally. Eg- As above mentioned, gov holidays to all other branches in Chennai except one or 2 specific branch. This has happened..The employees in those two branches are affected cauz of this.. 6) No proper lunch space to have food.
