Working at this company has been a great experience. The laid-back atmosphere, with no strict dress codes or policies, makes it a comfortable and relaxed environment. Work-life balance is excellent, and the support from the team is incredible, with managers and HR being very empathetic and even visiting you if you're in the hospital. There's a personal touch, like the maid offering extra milk or tea if you're feeling hungry. The best part is the accessibility to the founder and other management, whom you can interact with on a daily basis. Overall, the work pressure is very low compared to other jobs, making it an ideal place to thrive without the stress. Teammates are amazing, everyone is nice and friendly. Chances of making lifetime friendship is high.

... when you're getting married or planning for kids, which can feel uncomfortable. The salary is quite low compared to industry standards, which may be a concern for financial growth. There is no flexibility, even for a 5-10 minute early logout, which could be more accommodating.

Other than salary delivery time, everything is good

One of the most disheartening and demoralizing issues at LMES is the persistent delay in salary payment. This is my gentle concern, kindly take it under consideration. Whatever the pressure, unachievable targets, OKRs, we are ready to do, but without salary! that's miserable. The official payday is 7th, yet almost every month, it drags on to the 8th, 9th, or even the 10th. We work hard, dedicating out time and energy, yet when it comes to the most basic expectation - our salaries - we are left struggling. This isn't just an inconvenience; it's a financial nightmare. Bills pile up. Rent goes unpaid. School fees become an unberaable burden. Many of us rely on our salaries of essential medical expenses, and I personally have had to depend on others just to afford my monthly medication in the first and the second weeks. For the past six months, my credit card bills and EMIs have come with penalties. Late fees eat away at what little we have. The stress in relentless. When financial instability creeps into life, it doesn't just affect the back balance - it destroys peace of mind, focus, and even our ability to perform at work. How can we be expected to give our best when we are constantly worried about survival? This issue is bigger than just one or two employees - it affects everyone. Many cannot pay their rent, cover daily expenses, or take care of their families. If that connection is broken, working here becomes meaningless. I urge the management to take this issue seriously and act immediately. Enough is enough. This cannot continue. Fix it before it's too late.

...e employee who consistently misbehaves with women, making inappropriate remarks. Promotions and salary increases are exclusively awarded to this group, regardless of their behavior or performance. Meanwhile, she disregards the personal plans or leave requests of other employees, often forcing them to cancel time off. During shutdowns, while others are expected to work in sweltering conditions, she enjoys a cooler reserved only for herself. Additionally, half-day leave or early departure is only permitted for her in the case of family emergencies, while everyone else is required to come into the office without exception. The manager and lead also engage in gossip, targeting employees, but after speaking negatively about them on the floor and with other staff, she shamelessly sits and eats with them as if nothing happened. She is more interested in participating in events like color dress days, potlucks, and cake cutting ceremonies than focusing on work. The manager frequently talks about employees with other managers to seem smart, and HR is always complicit in these discussions. HR and the manager meet every few hours to discuss how to target certain employees, with HR simply repeating whatever the manager says, offering no assistance if you ask for help. Both are known as gossip queens. The manager also makes you feel obligated to eat with her and will ask you to fetch food for her, as if food delivery services like Swiggy and Zomato don’t work on her phone. Additionally, if you need to request leave or permission, you have to constantly remind both the leads and the manager multiple times.

Worst company ever seen.. Nothing to like here Pls donot choose this company!!

Dislikes

1)No proper salary hike 2)Work hr is more than 12hrs 3)They extract our time and complete efforts but not meeting the employee's needs in revert. 4)Gov holidays are also not given, either they ask the employee's to come to work or take leave and apply their paid leave on gov given holidays which is totally unfair. 5)Not all the branches of LMES is treated equally. Eg- As above mentioned, gov holidays to all other branches in Chennai except one or 2 specific branch. This has happened..The employees in those two branches are affected cauz of this.. 6) No proper lunch space to have food.
