...give u enough time to complete the task, unrealistic expectations and deadlines. U end up working over time without any pay. Multiple people will be there to ask your task status but no one will help u if u stuck in any task. They provide u with lot of leaves but u can never utilise them The people who joined in the beginning are in higher position, they are bossy and there is no scope for new joiners to get promoted

- Salary is good compared to other competitors

- Managers are stupid. They lack empathy. They micromanage and have no idea about the project. They pinpoint faults even when they are completely baseless.

Nothing much to share after a year of working, apart from the cutting-edge technologies they are using.

Dislikes

Management operates with a monopoly mindset, believing they provide good compensation and facilities. However, many other organizations offer much better. It takes a long time to get into work, and there is very minimal respect for employees. The line manager is also quite intimidating, making it not a very people-friendly organization. Culture here is not like a GCC its almost similar to the service-based company.

False commitment of Hybrid work Micro management (so bad that people are thinking of leaving from week 2 of joining) No trust on employees (Will get an email even if we're away for an hour because of an emergency)
