Multiple people will be there to ask your task status but no one will help u if u stuck in any task. They provide u with lot of leaves but u can never utilise them The people who joined in the beginning are in higher position, they are bossy and there is no scope for new joiners to get promoted

Management operates with a monopoly mindset, believing they provide good compensation and facilities. However, many other organizations offer much better. It takes a long time to get into work, and there is very minimal respect for employees. The line manager is also quite intimidating, making it not a very people-friendly organization. Culture here is not like a GCC its almost similar to the service-based company.
