Nothing to like. ‘Limited word in name is just a myth.’

Dislikes

No medical allowance like insurance for staff. No any festival allowance to staff like sweets or bonus. Proper working system is missing. Site managers are not capable to raise staff issues to top management. Many staff are unaware about their rights and benefits, company is taking disadvantage of it.

company is good for freshers, new learners, bcaz you will get more freedom.

Dislikes

qverall the company is average. from salary point of view it has many issues like incentives, no extra benefits for extra working and still you have to work extra time. no yearly increment. no appreciation of your work now if we talk about politics, i must say that there is no company which is running without any politics so no big deal.

1. Harassment by seniors 2. Very low salary 3. No bonus 4. No Increment 5. No learning 6. No incentives 7. Foul language used by seniors 8. Kind of Sick company 9. HR Dept is useless 10. Company 's Advisor Mr. Raviganesan( former CFO& CS) is often seeing harassing employees and is very arrogant in nature.

Time is fix from 8 to 4:30 & Sunday off.

... and the management doesn't address the issue or you can say very slow process . salary is less & career growth is slow. You have to work as 1 man army. No job security at all. lots of internal & external issue which are very tough to solve.

...specially in Delhi Office by the senior. Juniors are exploited by the seniors. Salary Receipts and Work Experience are not provided by the HR DEPARTMENT.
