Departmental work culture is very bad. discriminate by department head. Many Marathi officers have been dismissed from department. also Being mentally harassment by department head.

Pay check was great . Group co. under one roof becomes easy to communicate & learn. Gr8 office place

Unprofessional workplace at head office. Work life balance was not good for my area of work. My HoD was very orthodox-type & his corporate behaviour was way below mark.

They will provide you good package as compare to the older employees. For the same grade employees they give difference in salary. If you are known to any one of them then you will get all facilities including great salary also.

Politics every where. No work culture, no holidays, no system for appraisal, pressure from management to work beyond office hours.
