The worst part is that they will suddenly call you to their office and ask for immediate resignation if they don't like you. Even the senior professors feel vulnerable.

Faculty friendly management, work environment is extremely chill and healthy. Each faculty is assigned only one subject to teach, 1.5 hour long classes. 15 hours of teaching a week. The students are well mannered and live in fear of the college authorities. Director Dr. Md Salim has improved the environment single handedly.

Very bad experience, those who don't know a single word about computer science are making the project architecture they cannot even install table fan or ceiling fan. At the time of joining they will tell different timings and when you join they will tell different. They tries to be professional but they don't even know the language corporate

They pay comparatively well, compared to other universities in NCR region. I liked the fact that they are not hung up on NET qualification and judge a prospective employee's worth on the basis of demo lecture, interviews and CV. Interactions with students were also another nice thing about the college.

The institute are extremely exploitative in terms of the amount of non-academic workload that is dumped on academics, so academics literally have no time or energy to invest in good robust lecture preparation or their own research, cutting down personal or career growth. That apart, the management was pretty abusive (verbally and otherwise) and unprofessional. There was also a lot of censorship around what can or cannot be discussed in class, and a very sanitised version of the law is presented to students. Like most institutions, there is a lot of enforcement of gender norms (like female faculty members will be decorating the stage during a function, while male faculty members will be in charge of policing and herding students around). Unsurprisingly, there is also a lot of dress-code policing for female faculty members. All in all, the environment is quite toxic, both inside and outside classrooms. I was unable to teach anything outside of textbooks, resulting in archaic patriarchal norms being reinforced. Outside of classrooms, hierarchical culture of fear and verbal abuse, an immense amount of administrative work, working weekends (even Sundays) and job insecurity had taken away any chance of a work-life balance.
