Initially Lloyd Healthcare started its operations in the best possible way, With Avge Salary, Good Allowances, Incentives and good work culture

Last 6 months the Change in Management which is happening every Year is completely changed the work culture and everyone has a fear of loosing job any time. The one person is dectating the work plan for each and every individual in every department and that to in a fowl, Cheap & arrogancy in language

...ibetic therapy.. now it is expanding its operations to other therapeutics areas. Their Compensation and incentive structure is good.

Compensation is decent but the work pressure is high.

Lloyd healthcare is a very good company & also senior boss are very good.

Company 1 policy is bad, that one is the party caping limits/ HQ caping limits. Because many times BHs are not achieved there target due to this caping limits.

I feel company is looking toward the growth of it self. Job security is good and culture too Management there is no communication with HR team to lower end
