• Providing the salary for staff on 1st of every month (21st to 20th). • Have to involve in the execution as the supervisors are having low educational qualification so we can get the more knowledge.

Work Pressure Is High, Sometimes I Have Worked 12-14Hrs At Different Locations On Site. Team Leaders Do Not Value An Individuals Unique Strength, Even I Do Receive Appreciation On Working Groups What's app And Email, They Mostly Go Unnoticed During My Annual Appraisal And Sometimes Poor Politics Did By Seniors, Which Feel A Pain.
