Work Pressure Is High, Sometimes I Have Worked 12-14Hrs At Different Locations On Site. Team Leaders Do Not Value An Individuals Unique Strength, Even I Do Receive Appreciation On Working Groups What's app And Email, They Mostly Go Unnoticed During My Annual Appraisal And Sometimes Poor Politics Did By Seniors, Which Feel A Pain.
