Toxic work culture just like byju's. There is no work process no one is follow Manager and Tls do unethical practice to boost their favourite employee.. no moral how to talk with employee , No Ease of doing work, because of politics

The only perk of working in Livspace is the permanent work form home scenario apart from that nothing else.

...hich is mandate but the company isn't providing any reimbursement for any those. Added to that, the salary paid to them is half of what the older generation is used to get doing the same task at the same designation. 4. Last but not the least, the attrition rate of the company has increased substantially not just at the lower level but in fact the TLs keep on changing almost twice every quarter, some TLs even absoncded along with company asessts which clearly paints the picture of the kind work culture Livspace has developed.

Worst work culture and salary will be created depends holidays if you get month 1st whole week. As bank holiday then you won’t get salary on that days. Worst work culture and politics play much bigger role

Livspace was my third company that I worked with. I worked with them for 5 long years, because I loved the work culture, and salary structure, the appraisals, work-life balance, and the opportunities to learn and grow. During my tenure with them, I had the chance to work with multiple clients and hone my professional skills. I got to learn about how various departments overlap and work in tandem with each other for one goal: serving clients from all over the world. I had a great time, indeed! Sadly, I did not find a better company after Livspace.
