Pressure to achieve target is so much that sometimes you’ll find yourself working for 12-14 hours at stretch. Still if the targets are missed you’ll be put in PIP.

It's a totally office job so you don't have to go market for lead and anything. Good salary Good company but management is a issue.

No understanding Management Politics in Branch/city/Team No fix date of salary No help from your manager if any escalation happened No holiday on weekends Only Monday you can take off Overall you can join the company of you are good on sales and buttering 😂😂😂.

Livspace was my third company that I worked with. I worked with them for 5 long years, because I loved the work culture, and salary structure, the appraisals, work-life balance, and the opportunities to learn and grow. During my tenure with them, I had the chance to work with multiple clients and hone my professional skills. I got to learn about how various departments overlap and work in tandem with each other for one goal: serving clients from all over the world. I had a great time, indeed! Sadly, I did not find a better company after Livspace.

My only problem with Livspace was too far away from my new place of dwelling.

The openness of the leadership. You are always heard. Great peers to work with. Open work culture. On certain roles or with certain leaders there is lot to learn

Dislikes

Huge salary gaps on same designations, even for the deserving folks. Someone doing way less than you and being old in the system you might be doing a lot but won't be monetarily rewarded.

Excellent work culture, you get really good exposure in corporate sector. Timely salary's and appreciation from superiors. Generous when comes to supporting employee and ensuring that there is job security.

Dislikes

Need to focus on work life balance of employees.Process that is aligned with Customer satisfaction. Lessen the targets which reduce the efficiency in people working and trying to give their best.
