The Operation Management of company work with politics completely.

Dislikes

There is no count of things for dislike. Specially the Deputy Manager who manages the process is very dirty minded. He is very cheap with female employees.

Poor Management. Senior managers have only 2 years experience and AGM has 2 years experience. No one is capable to handle a business. They only hire IIT IIM students with 0 experience.

company is very good and facilities are also accept take caring of employees. No one is take caring of issue an executive level employee. Managers are not behaving good with girls sometime. Managers are not take stand of there own words and promises. Managers are hiring there relatives and giving them work from home mostly and not allowing other employees for any leave and offs. cause of the managers who's name is ABHISHEK TIWARI i left the job want to abuse hi alot. And big salute to Rakesh sir they gave us job while covid.
