The company is open to innovation and radily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that i m part of A team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base. As a result, my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration, I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is performance based. The work pressure is very high sometimes, session time, I have to attende calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals unique strengths, I do receive appreciation emails from my client but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals, which is a pain sometimes.

The company is very good and it's products also. It is open to innovation and readily adopts new technology. I am happy because I'm a part of a team that markets realible , high- quality products and has a global client base. As a result , I'm very happy forever.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is very slow. The work pressure is very high sometimes, I have to work 14-16 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the all over day and some times late into the night . overall is average.

Everything was good; until new Manager came. He is reason why I hate diploma. He is insecure, incompetent & loser. He is demeaning & appraisal-stealer. He ensured that I have below dislikes.

... 3. No growth due to his misunderstanding He wasted my 2.5 years without growth. I am still behind standard pay due to him. He worst person I’ve ever met in my life.

In company,everyone can enjoy there job as well life. Seniors are so supportive. Chairman sir very careful about employees. They took town hall every month with every employee icluding ground engineers.

Salary is less as compare to other companies.

...ay on National holidays. Good policy for other departments like sales, and HO. Very Limited appraisal 5-7 %, New Employee gets good salary, company doesn't looks after old and experienced employees who are jewels and working fantastically. That's why Old employees are Leaving. Policies on senior levels, HR Heads plays good politics.
