Dislikes

...ay on National holidays. Good policy for other departments like sales, and HO. Very Limited appraisal 5-7 %, New Employee gets good salary, company doesn't looks after old and experienced employees who are jewels and working fantastically. That's why Old employees are Leaving. Policies on senior levels, HR Heads plays good politics.

... you are not eligible for any promotion or hike until you drop your resignation. One month before your manger denies you any promotion during appraisal discussion but next month offers you double salary & double promotion during resignation discussion. It is not a place to work for long just get your hike & move further in 1 or 2 years.

Friendly n helping staff. As same as all pvt job, perform/achieve n get recognised.

Dislikes

Management cares less about staff. 365 days work. Less Salary High work load, pressure. poor decision making in case of staff hiring n retention. You May be kicked out at any time. Not atall secure job. Bottom level staff has no Medical facilities like ESIC or health insurance. If any thing goes wrong with any staff or their near n dear than other staffs help him by contributing what ever amount possible. Have to Forget about increment.
