In company,everyone can enjoy there job as well life. Seniors are so supportive. Chairman sir very careful about employees. They took town hall every month with every employee icluding ground engineers.

...ay on National holidays. Good policy for other departments like sales, and HO. Very Limited appraisal 5-7 %, New Employee gets good salary, company doesn't looks after old and experienced employees who are jewels and working fantastically. That's why Old employees are Leaving. Policies on senior levels, HR Heads plays good politics.

Friendly n helping staff. As same as all pvt job, perform/achieve n get recognised.

Dislikes

Management cares less about staff. 365 days work. Less Salary High work load, pressure. poor decision making in case of staff hiring n retention. You May be kicked out at any time. Not atall secure job. Bottom level staff has no Medical facilities like ESIC or health insurance. If any thing goes wrong with any staff or their near n dear than other staffs help him by contributing what ever amount possible. Have to Forget about increment.

...th and opportunity, job security is so pathetic. You can say no chance at all. Don't even pay sometime. We lost thousands of rupees. But we cand do anything about it. Employee lost all of his life's balance. And at the end pf the day, your satisfaction will a big ZERO.

Hi, i have seen many peoples around me who work in diff diff companies they got deductions in their salary and other benefits, but here in livpure each and every emp has got full salrary without any deduction , money is first priority for everyone in this world rather than simpthy, livpure first action during this pendemic was giving full salary to their staff on time and without any deductions, a part of salary , the next step was making us very comfortable while working from home in pendemic with many activities like , fun activity, some / skills development/ customer dealing and many more , each and every one is enjoying their work with full dedication towards company goal , Thanks Prabhjot singh
