Nothing is there to like. Very immatured management .No work life balance and very toxic work culture.Though the working hours are from 9 am to 6 pm the HR AVP ask all the employees to work even after the office hours including to the female employees. Also the female employees are not comfortable to work there because of his attitude and if anybody complaint that to the management,they support only him and they won't take any action against him because he is one of the friends of the founder of Living Food.

Dislikes

The company says they give fresh organic products but the real factor is they buy the veggies and fruits from local market in Bangalore. The person who is handling HR department is very arrogant and doesn't know to handle employees concern and the management is kind of a jokers and they listen only to him and not to the employees.Because of him Management is firing many potential employees without any reason. Also they will ask the people to leave from there within a day without any prior notice.
