Don't like this company. Everyone at safer side. You can't trust anyone in this organization. No support from your reporting manager.

Company salary structure is good ,On the other hand sales team and higher management is favorable and energetic. So join only sales.

I don't recommend to be join service department, they are just pathetic experience and always do negative and abuse you .

Overall Good... Depending on reporting manager, if he/she is good with you then no need to worry about work or salary and promotion.

Dislikes

If your relationship is not good with your reporting Manager then no one listen your word. One of the most disadvantage of organisation not livguard overall every where I observe.

... a lot of opportunity for deserving candidate. People are good and supportive. Salary is on time and increment is good.

Dislikes

One can notice internal politics but its like in every company. No bus service for employees.
