Company is good when I joined HR team is nice and supportive Annual parties Festive gifts Flexible timing

Dislikes

Company is good but no one is permanent except higher level manager or director, my manager who just came 4 months back was very pushy and not so responsive always blame and tell our single mistake everytime, she was just working to save her own position. Company always takes feedback from senior no regular team meeting lack of communication.

It's only their 3D platform that they have! It's cutting edge platform and is very need of home furnishing industry. Previous Co-Owner was fantastic team player with Zero "Employer Ego" and working with him & for him as like working for a brother!

Dislikes

Present owner with high "Owner Attitude & Ego" that makes him believe that he's not meant to have communication with team members is the worst part of today's Live Furnish! And to add on the adversities, is the Global head of HR department who's absolute incompetent and has no values to further drive the values of company. HR department is not managing human resource but rather managing Owner's orders and coercing all employees as accordingly. I would suggest, don't trust on their verbal communication at all and make them document all the false commitments that they make over telephonic calls as both HR & Owner don't have high values to stick to their own words. The only value that they're high on is their "EGO"!
