Salary Structure is very low No EPF No ESI or Mediclaim No job security, today you are on job and in the evening time HR come to you and say need not to come tomorrow. We are firing you from job (without any possible reasons) Too much touring (paying Rs. 250 as Daily allowances while you are on tour)

Salary packages are very low (not even paying the min. Wages decides by Govt.) No EPF No ESI or Medical Insurance (even if your are having a touring job profile) No job security, today you are on job and then HR call you and said you are fired, need not come tomorrow onwards. For touring guys DA is Rs. 250 only (not even sufficient to have single meal) Traveling is like 42 or more hours journey by train (sleeper class) even in the month of May and June (Super Hot)

Hi everyone, This is Deepak Jha, Ex Zonal Manager. I have worked here for almost 2 years and signed many franchises for them. I guess i qualify well enough to rate this organisation so here we go.. DON'T WASTE YOUR CAREER BY JOINING THIS FRAUD COMPANY. They change their company and brand name every few months and come up with a new name and make fool out of people again. Cozi Cars, Speed Car Wash, Solitaire Ceramics, Detailing Daddy, Neaten, Lord of Detailing and many more. These guys don't even understand the concept of franchises, they give one brand at one place and just for some money they can open another outlet at the same place with a different brand name which eventually leads to loss for both of the franchises. If any of you is planning to join this organisation, please speak to a few franchises before wasting your career here by getting into some legal problems as most of the franchises are running legal cases against them. You can get in touch with me as well, i can share a lot of franchises number from all over India. Jasmeet, I'm quite sure you guys will have a team but only of people who don't have a strong opinion or are scared to take stand for themselves. You guys are not ok with the fact that some people are genuinely working for the betterment of the company to add more value. I'm sure a general store is much more organized and planned than the shit show you put up! To go in depths what sort of a provider are you, newly sent machines breakdown as soon as they reach their destination, sending adulterated chemicals to franchise! They claim they have these machines coming from Italy and products coming from Germany and Japan. They will claim they have this manufacturing unit and make their own products. Well the reality is often disappointing, all these machines they take from Karol Bagh (i don't know who taught them that Karol bagh is in Italy) which is also refurbished and they sell it in lakhs by adding on some fake stickers and compositions. These products they get it all from local and cheapest vendors and then the same sticker and fake branding to sell it in lakhs again. Thank you for all the experiences I'm quite settled with my things else I would have loved to take a legal action but I'm done with your company & my association with you! Journey was full of downs only! I'm open to saving a few careers . Cheers Deepak

Only one dislike everything is good, after a trip a person need some sort of rest, but we have to come to the office, still i managed to skip that concludes a deduction in salary that is fine. But company should think in this matter.
