...n Technical & Soft skills. Company culture is not more than average (Below Par). During Covid-19 company was supportive, No salary cuts and lay offs were observed, Just quarterly variable pay was either delayed or affected.

Career growth, Salary & Appraisals are way below par. (Very less in comparison to the work role performed). Too much salary deduction from the offered CTC. Majority of the colleagues are supportive & good, except a few, who are highly influenced & having a good hold by the surrounding & favors of the Chinese colleagues. Such narrow minded people have taken the company for granted & are not letting other juniors and colleagues perform as per their deliverance. Many of the such employees have got no other work experience than this company, Let it be any range of work experience & designation. Many employees are below average professional. No level bar for any professional to perform responsibilities in the company. GET's DET's are looking after design and product development of entire machine and product, Same in other functional as well. At a few departments HOD's are responsible and sounds good. Politics is as of such a low level. Compensations and benefits offered are below average. No career path projection made for any employee. No recognition, no rewards, despite for being an MNC.

Exposure to other departments. Only good for GET and should leave within 2 years.

Dislikes

...re.. It is a LaLa company 1-2 person will take all decision for all departments. For Variable pay have to wait for 4-5 months and fight for it. You have to do all work like talk to operator, documentation in finance, call trailer driver, load the vehicle, go to security and collect parcels etc irrespective of your departments and position. All unproductive work. List will go onnnnn...

The only thing that I liked here was the timing of the salary. It comes on time every month. Other than this, nothing is there to be liked.

Dislikes

The work culture is toxic, nobody helps anybody. There is a lot of favouritism that goes in this company. Growth wise this company is pathetic. Their is no hierarchy here. If i have to point out what I disliked about this company , maybe I'll keep writing for hours but for now it is it.

...o benefits to employees, even not have proper space for sitting in workplace. 5. No grades for salary & position Sr. Engineer is earning 9 LPA. Another Sr. Engineer is earning 4.5 LPA. 6. You can only get genuine hike after resignation during retention. 7. Only good workplace for local employees. 8. Mental traumatic culture for employees. 9. Zero percent employee oriented.
