They do not pay much to the teachers hence the quality of teachers which they have is not upto the mark The platform which they use is extremely complicated and not at all user friendly.

It was a horrible experience working in little laureates. I do not have any good experience here.

In terms of salary, I must say it is a waste of time to work here. Tremendous salary issue. Extreme unnecessary work pressure. Very rude behavior and bossy attitude of the academic department- I really couldn't make out what they think of themselves. Getting Salary is like a dream come true here.I would not have given any star had there been an option.

I was in little laureates sonarpur. They are just fraud. They didnot pay my salary. After working 1 whole month i did gt my salary. Very frequently teachers leave there... I would never ever recommend any one to go to little lureates.. Very bad exp.

Yes,I love the fact that I was a part of a team little laureates. If I get another chance I will definitely work with little laureates.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. Sometimes mentor who work harder for their classes and kids but not getting any appreciation, they mostly go unnoticed.

No job security.Now I really want a job by they sack me because they are closing their online platform.. It's there responsibility to shifted the teachers in offline school but they dint..
