The founder himself is very down to earth. (Cannot the say the same about Hr)

Dislikes

Work pressure. Increase your workload without increasing your salary. They'll say flexible timings just to lure people in. Toxic work culture and office politics.

you got flexible timings there really it's flexible means flexible, 2 days wfh Monday and Friday. Working hours depends on you how much Skilled you are. Culture is adaptable.
