Less salary. False commitment.So much delay in increment. Always fake appraisal assurity suggest. When offer accepet First they give good package and suddenly change package at the time of first work day.There is no support from litmus. It's third party payroll. No coordination with pan India branches. When you are in trouble they not even bother but they increase your pain more and more. Such pathetic fake and fraud company for fresher's.-4 rating.

Organisation is growing fast. Mainly into BFSI domain. Supports employees in case of their emergencies. Provides job security and growth in carrier. Gives hands on experience on newer technologies.

Dislikes

Leave policies may get change year by year for previous year. Appraisal cycle will also gets changed as per company benefits. Proper designations are not in place.

The work culture here is very supportive. All the team members, managers, even the CEO is supportive in your Job. This company is best for the freshers as they will get the experience & they can decide on which domain they want to grow their career.
