New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

...and culture everything is good. But higher employees not following that process. it is affected low salary employees.

They will pay one salary, but they will give 3 employees work to one employees. whoever simply sitting in without work and higher posting managers, they only got benefits form under him employees also. Because they are hidden your talent from him superiors. Finally we as employees know and cheat. Company owners who are directors are cheated by their trusted managers.

Company culture is really good.

Company culture - Excellent

Dislikes

...they have changed my notise period 1 month to 3 months without any prior notice. And I am also normal 20plus salary getting engineer they changed 3 month, managers 2 month only. In a single word, the growth of this company will definitely be defeated by the negligence of the HR team.

Salary is always on time hardly any delay.

Dislikes

Work Pressure is always there. Tight deadlines is given by managers to meet, however there is no support on time from other department. Lot of duplication of work happens in the company which tires out employee mentally.
