The company gives supportive environment.Training is good so understand overall concepts regarding work.

Growth is slow. Compensation is average. Work load is much. Sometimes Clients not understanding for delay work then company should understand freshers situation so conflict occurs.

Likes

The team in which I was working was perfect nice and like to work with such colleague. We were trained only for 15 days but nowadays they are providing training for 2 months. Company follows all standard policies which gives me confidence for job security. I have learned a lot from this company. As all employees are more friendly and close to me the work environment was more than expected.

Dislikes

What I disliked is the way they assigned the work, I mean the improper design. They many times provide a task with improper designs.

Office time not fix its 8hr to 16 hr, internal politics more work load, manger are not good vvk.trarget employees.work environment not good, building in ground floor no air
