Good volume and mix of cases.

Dislikes

Top management has no clue on governance and administration. Top most posts are occupied by priests who have no training or experience in healthcare management. There are no knowledgeable advisors too.

The company is adopting new techniques and equipment which is required and the company itself promotes each and every employee to their best level. And offers a high class treatment with experienced and skilled staffs

Shifts are applicable but the working hours are increasing

Strict working environment improves the ability to face challenge and act catiously . Provides hostel facility.Duty hours suitable for both hostelers und dayschloars . Concession in food price in canteen for dayschloars.

High work pressure is very high. Strict training classes make huge burden . Classes are not balance with duty hours. Over documentation leads poor care. Poor motivation und respect
