...nly some favourite people of management is growing. Working environment is good. Salary not come in time always they have ascuse. if you are self motivated then you can learn otherwise God save you because no training happen in the company. In the travel part i am almost there for 5 years but not going any where except the 2-3 party organize in office.

Dislikes

No mediclaim facilities, No growth. All people are working on old technology and most importantly the old 7-8 years client are gone from company and the lack of innovation they have not any new projects except the copy paste.

No culture everything is like politics.

Dislikes

No medical insurance, salary not on time and no job security any time you will be lost your job and now listening some of my old collegue that they were fire the huge peope in covid 19. In one time they will fire 10 people. So shame 😡

It is a company where no bossy environment. Managers are very supportive at that time.

Dislikes

The management change is the reason for leaving the organization. After the new management, we have never received our salary on time. All the employees suffer alot.
