Team members, just the people with whom i have worked rest the management is pathetic.

Dislikes

...t of pain to prove myself somehow justified also. There are no defined policies. They terminate people without any reason and hold their salary, if somebody leave the organisation the same goes with him/her as well.i am not the one there are lot many cases. There is no job security at all they hire & fire people like anything. They have no respect for the employees who have worked for them may b for a month or an year. They just chuck them out.

The company is good for fresher as they will provide you training @ initial level. Staff is good.

Dislikes

The management doesn't support the employee and there is no proper PMS measurement system, company is having 6days working. company doesn't follow proper compliances
