Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). ...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are not good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary 1st time.

No Transparency from local management, worst work life balance. Global policy allows WFM 3day/week however locally employees are forced to come to office by indirectly crating job threatening.
