When a person in your team is on leave, it is a bit difficult to manage things .(In every organization it is the same I guess) Even I have availed reasonable leaves though.

good place to work, work culture is very positive ,supporting and transparent, everyone is open to new ideas and suggestions, lots of opportunities for career growth and above all every one is treated as equal.

Staff is fun and easy going. It's an average company. Nothing special working there. No growth opportunities and unrealistic work culture.

Poor work culture despite having immense potential. Poor lack of vision and unrealistic goals. Leadership has great dreams but no practical approach.
