New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. - Product consultant at Linways in the best role to kick start your career. - In this role, you will be given an opportunity to do different responsibilities such as requirement gathering, product support, testing, product training and various other aspects. - In a year you will be able to analyze your area of interest and the management promotes you to a higher role. - Yearly salary increment will also be received , based on performance**. - Supportive management and team leads. - Ignore the bad reviews for this job, I am employed in Linways for 2+ years , I am happy with my job , I am getting decent pay to look after family, pay bills, time to read, workout and carry out skill improvement courses.

When a person in your team is on leave, it is a bit difficult to manage things .(In every organization it is the same I guess) Even I have availed reasonable leaves though.

Staff is fun and easy going. It's an average company. Nothing special working there. No growth opportunities and unrealistic work culture.

Dislikes

Poor work culture despite having immense potential. Poor lack of vision and unrealistic goals. Leadership has great dreams but no practical approach.
