The only thing here is that the partner with whom Im working with, is a nice person to work with. Never pressurizes you, understands the bandwidth.

Dislikes

The compensation is low as compared with the peer firms. Apart from that you have to work with many partners simultaneous due to which many a time you cannot give your best.

Everyone was easy to approach. Associates are young, and hence easy to work with.

Dislikes

HR creates a lot of confusion with team allotment. Interns aren't given substantial work, especially in litigation team. Even if you don't have work, you are required to stay till 7.

The Associates are very helping. They are always at the forefront to help the intern whenever he/she is in need. You get to learn a lot. The associates will give to ample of opportunities to prove your mantle. Overall a very good place to learn and get absorbed.

The poor structure of the firm, the lack of trust among Partners as well as between the Partners and Associates. The practice of overworking and exploiting resources. The strange amount of control and influence exercised by staff and support functions. The hypocrisy of the organisation itself. Finally the fact that they are the worst paymasters in the lawfirm business. No leaves, no reimbursement for food and travel even if you sit back late hours on matters.
