...stent. - No Job Security: Constant fear of termination without notice or reason. - Salary Payments: Delayed salary payments are the norm, causing financial hardships. - Non-Compliance: GST and PF filings are consistently delayed, putting employees at risk. - Financial Mismanagement: The company has been incurring losses since inception, indicating poor financial planning. - Unfair Termination: Employees are terminated without notice or explanation. - Full and Final Settlement: The company fails to release full and final settlements to departed employees, leaving them in a lurch. I strongly advise against working with Link HR Solution Pvt Ltd. The company's unprofessional management, toxic environment, and financial mismanagement make it a hazardous workplace. Employees deserve better.
