They buy some scrap data from third party and send email to them and they call it email marketing such an idiotic company you never find in your life

Everything,it's not a company where you can work peacefully it's a circus where you have to do everything to impress your seniors without getting a proper payout. Worst team leaders and management. HR has no knowledge about what HR should have.

This helps in great learning opportunity. If you put in serious efforts, you are recognized and praised by the Managing Director. Managing Director is a cool headed personality and very ambitious.
