Nothing to like about this company. I have joined passionately seeing the job description offered. But after joining the company, they have changed my job profile completely bcos procurement head decided suddenly during the course of interview, which was not informed. Senior managers are monopoly decision maker doesn't care about contractual employees and the job role given during interview. Politics is also fvrt part of senior management. Procurement head is most egoistic, fake and a liar person. So be careful before joining this department. Not sure about other department. HR acts as if they are trying to help you but not. They do not deserve a single rating. No job security for contractual employees. Be careful before joining.

Many Poor Management, No appraisal no promotion for Third Party payroll. Low salary Do same work but my low No additional benefits discrimination between Third party payroll and confirm payroll. Same designation for life time

Work environment is good. All the staff are supportive. Company policy are good,appraisals are fair they give good hike and bonus every year.

There’s a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our problems career growth is slow.

No work life balance at all. You can be called anytime for any work. For small on site plants, you have to stay nearby the plant, and company will not even provide transportation . You cannot go home without managers permission. No concept of time. You have to be available always for the plant. Basically you dedicate yourself to linde.

Pay package, average increment (to get higher increment one needs to get a counter offer)
