No work life balance at all. You can be called anytime for any work. For small on site plants, you have to stay nearby the plant, and company will not even provide transportation . You cannot go home without managers permission. No concept of time. You have to be available always for the plant. Basically you dedicate yourself to linde.

...rt based company , not business base. Good company for union based labour/staff. Salary is higher than engineer .

Every 2 _3 year interval vrs scheme avilable , actually it is crf( compalsury retirement scheme ) There is no duty hours , you will be given such kpi that you have to work for 7x12hr. Else you will not fulfill your task. Poor managment , company is driven by some report in silo. No integration. Hence company business suffer. Fasle safety culture .actually it all fake report. Few system have implemented in multiple department without resource allocation. System are not validated. No maker checker mechanism.hence system are exploited and become a joke. No business oriented mindset and long term thinking. Policy are very poor in all aspect. Small e.g. your parents are not consider as your family member and they are not covered under mediclaim policy.

...ry Good. Honestly work as multitasking player. Career Growth is not very Good. Salary is matched with only one job. Not for others company's jobs. Appraisal methods not satisfactory. Politics : 💯 Learning : Good & Supportive. Work Environments : After 2009 feeling not good. Innovation : Good & Supportive. Work - Life Balance : It was depends upon me. But sometimes few people was waiting for disturbing.

After retirement what I will say. Thanks to you that you have given me a chance to say something. After 30 years completed my job getting only INR 2234 pension. Till PF settlement not doing by the Linde. No medical facilities given by the Linde. Can you imagine after retirement how can I managing my family. Sorry to say at the age of 61 no body is interested to give me a job. Thank You.

There training program is very good in learning point of view & you will also get chances of soft skills development. In technical point of view you will learn a lot. Company will also give u chances to go abroad for work. Senior management team & specially HR department is very friendly. If anyone want to develop himself or herself in technical field then it is good company but your package will be less w. r. t production companies.

Dislikes

Salary is less, work load is high, salary growth is less as compare to PSU & other Indian companies.
