Company Free Article Pe Goods De Rahi Hai wo Bahut Acchi Baat Hai Per Free Articles pe Jo GST Laga Ke Company Bhej Rahi Hain Uske Karn Sare Distributors and Direct Dealer Kafi Pareshan Hain. Aur Jab Distributor Aage Jab Shopkeepers ko Vahi Free Article Pe GST Laga Ke Aage Bhejta Hain To Dukandar Kafi Naraj Ho Jate Hain. Ye Company Kar Rahi Hai Ya Super Stockist Kar Rahe Hain ye Pata Nahi Per Ye Company ka Kafi Bada Minus Point hai aur is Bare Me Koi Sunvai Nahi Hai.

Department heads are highly insecure and often engage in a blame game, pointing fingers at other departments instead of collaborating. Top management seems indifferent, turning a blind eye to the issues. Numerous consultants are involved in the business, adding little and merely inflating company’s expense. Management lacks trust in its own employees, giving more weight to consultants opinions over internal expertise. I think performance management is a very crucial thing for a hr and L1 managers to evaluate any employee’s performance. But sorry to say HR don’t have any knowledge of it, HR just a puppet of HODs. During hiring time they don’t have any plan why they are hiring and what will be the future of that candidate they just hire and then transfer him/her to several departments without any planning. Honestly say there are a ton of problems in this organisation. If Management can overcome it then it will be a great company. For that at first they need to finish the nepotism 🙂
