Linamar worldwide is a very good company

Dislikes

Linamar India is a horrible place to work for. Office politics is at another level and the Indian management are so bossy over employees. Every person works there to please only one person sitting in the top seat. Absolutely no growth for hard working people where as people who wag tails for management can grow
