No learning opportunities, no scope of growing in the firm except if you are in tech team, compensation is drastically low, no team building excercise, un-professional management, will suggest not to join limetray unless you are very desperate.

Likes

There is ample to learn. The crowd is youth so you have high on energy people everywhere. There is nothing more that excites me in Limetray.

Dislikes

Work-life balance is terrible. Too much politics within the company. The compensation for the amount of work you do is not justified. The higher management is not good with their words.

Since attrition rate it high, you get to work with different sets of people very frequently.

Dislikes

Work environment is very toxic just because of the CEO. The compensation they offer is way below industry standards. The management does not support your growth at all. You'll be working in your day off as well. There is very less staff left in the company. HR department does not even exist. The CEO is an unprofessional guy who just lacks basic etiquettes.

Likes

There's immense scope for growth, as long as you are committed to growing and giving your best. The roles are fungible and the organization is always on the lookout for people who want to keep taking up more responsibilities. There are various examples of people whose trajectories at LimeTray have looked incredible. You also have the chance to work with some of the biggest brands in the world in the QSR space.

As an organization, we should be doing more team-bonding activities. There is collaborative effort between teams but we should also make time and space for activities outside work so that the workplace feels more holistic.
