The cause they work for is impressive. The collegues are usually passionate and alligned to goal Salary, health insurance benefit and variable pay are really good.

Dislikes

The management commitee is often indecisive and drags your work along Unless you are in the inner circle you will always stay out looking inside. The organization is not meritocracy and promotions are laid out to people in Inner circle whether they are apt for the role or not. Do not take criticism very well. Super CEO influencing every facet of the organization No provision for work from home and very stringent with the 9 hour work policy HR is not skilled enough to manage this big an organization. Employee attrition rate is very high.
