No proper training given. Staff not supportive life and work balance not maintained work start time 9am strict but no fixed time for relive specially for service team, service manager not having ability to work at that post

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations.
