When i was in the company the rule of company is better but still one thing that ASM or ZSM will always visit with you and meet the doctors they looks likes to form their bonding but still doctors knows that MR is also a part of his business not a ZSM or ASM . But the company rules was that only 2 visit will be held in a month but in this company they were not follow any such type of rules regarding visit and that's a vey bad thing if you always visit with their MR then how they get a business. Business is compusary for a company but they don't think that business comes when a pure relations will form but still they will never undrstand such things.
