...bad because in that kind situation in the behalf of help they forced to resign. And Salary also that is very low.

On the job training is given to new joinees. Overtime facility is available here. Transports facility is available for employees..

Our salary is low and career growth is slow. There is not good worh environment and culture.

It's good work place but Need Good management Experienced and Skilled supervisors and acms. Now all cashier model is came the billing team is new and weak The customers and So many times irritated late billing process so My idea is supervisers and acms also do billing in weekly three days...

...l be not approved for example election day I am going to my village with leave..they give loss of pay that.... Salary increment and growth too low... It's depends acms hands only not need work and talent.. They take too much beak times and they not support to csrs and cashiers in crowed situation.. HR is interested in entertainment activities..not at work till now we have no I'd cards..

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
