On my working time I liked R&R and providing some games to play and giving some trainings about work.managers should be friendly with CSRs.

Work is too hard and salary is very low.one person can't handle the 2 brands.shift timings also not good .give quality products to customers.customer satisfaction is most important to every company.i bought one jeans from ginger only 2 washes it's faded

...t there especially it feels like a whole big family living and working together. the working environment was good, the salary was good everybody there is very welcoming and warm.

I worked at customer service desk and we have to standup and work for whole shift so that was little rough everything else was good.

Leadership is not that good Culture & value are very disrespectful Compensation is very low compared to other competitors No work life balance Managers do not understand the employee safety and well beings Etc..

Salary very low. Manpower very low due to this Lot of burdens on employees. 12 hrs shift is normal most of the days. Salary is very low. Seniors has no manners how to talk to employees. Rude behaviour.

Not respect for good and old employees Eg: Old employees(5yrs exp) & manager salary: 5,00,000 per annum New employee with 2,6 month experience salary: 5-6 lakh per annum
